I met Jeri and Doug a couple of years ago when they booked me for their wedding. We had a great engagement session at Inniswoods Metro Park and I loved photographing them and their love! They ended up having to push back their wedding because of Covid and then I couldn't photograph their wedding because I was in the hospital with my second son. It just seemed like everything was preventing me from photographing their milestones until now!
When Jeri reached out about photographing her maternity session, my response was "I was hoping you would ask!" We met up at Walnut Woods Metro Park in Groveport and walked back to the tall pine trees. It's a bit of a walk and it was super cold! Shout out to Jeri for walking it with no coat and flip flops on while pregnant! She's truly amazing.
I love how these photos turned out so much! The lighting really came through closer to sunset. I think Walnut Woods is one of my new favorite places for photos. I'm so grateful that Jeri and Doug chose me to photograph this milestone for them and I can't wait to see their sweet little baby!
