We're on blog post number 3 for the FAQ series! To view the other two posts, just click here and here. Another FAQ I often get is "How will I receive my photos and how soon can I expect them?" I deliver all images through a beautiful and user- friendly online gallery called Pic-Time. Here's what you need to know about how it works!
Your Online Gallery - Easy access, Anytime
Once your photos are ready, you'll receive an email from Pic-Time with a link to your private online gallery. This gallery is where you can:
View all your photos in high resolution.
Download them at no extra cost - your memories are yours to keep!
Easily share with family and friends by sending them the gallery link.
This means no waiting on USBs, or worrying about lost files. I do highly recommend that you download your whole gallery as soon as you receive it. Technology does sometimes fail and even though I do keep photos on a hard drive, that could fail too. Once your photos are delivered, you are responsible for how they are kept safe. The online gallery does stay open as long as I'm a photographer, but it's still recommended to download and save them in another spot as well.
*For wedding photos, I have a USB in every collection. So with that, you'd have photos on a USB and on the online gallery.

Inside your gallery, there is also a built in store where you can order:
High quality prints
Albums
Ornaments, canvases, and other keepsakes
I personally order all my own photos and albums through this store! I do receive a small kickback from any orders placed, but more importantly, I only offer professional - quality products that ensure your photos look their absolute best. Other print labs often don't do your photos justice, so ordering through the online gallery ensures the sharpness, colors, and overall quality remain stunning.
You do have printing rights, so of course you can order prints through other places. But I can't guarantee the quality of them. Another great thing about the store is that grandma or mom or anyone else would love their own prints can also order through the store!
Delivery Timelines
Here's what you can expect for delivery timelines:
Wedding galleries - within 8 weeks
Family and other sessions - within 2-3 weeks. It's normally 2, but during my super busy season, it gets stretched to 3 weeks
I always try to deliver photos as soon as possible and I'll always reach out if something comes up and I have to push back delivery.
