Jamie and Chris are one of my 2023 wedding clients; we had their engagement session last fall in November. It was a super cold and rainy day, but we made it work! We went to Chestnut Ridge Metro Park in Carroll, Ohio for their session. The field wasn’t mowed and had a little path for us to walk on, so it was perfect for photos! I love the way the red flowers pop.
Chris and Jamie's photos turned out so sweet and snuggly. I'm so happy we were able to make it work even though the weather was fighting us. For engagement sessions, I always recommend a formal outfit and then a more casual outfit change, just to switch things up! Both Chris and Jamie's outfits were great; I think engagement sessions should show who you are as a couple and outfits play a part in that. Also, how beautiful is Jamie’s ring?! I’m in love! Jamie and Chris are so kind and it was great to hear all about their wedding plans for next July. I'm so excited to photograph their wedding!
