It was calling for rain all week long on the day of Jessica and Joey's engagement session. On the day of, Jessica and I had our eye on the weather all day long and it was clear skies up until 2 hours before the session. We decided to go ahead with it and I'm so glad we did! It rained the entire session. Not just little sprinkles either, but it was so worth it!
Jessica and Joey own 15 acres in Rockbridge so, we had their engagement session there. We drove around on their side by side and trucked through the mud for some good shots! I've never done a session in the pouring rain before, but I'm convinced that I need to do it more! It was so much fun.
Jessica and Joey were so much fun to be around! I don't think very many people would embrace the rain the way they did. I'm so excited to celebrate with them next May!
