Amanda and Josh got married last month at The Hocking Hills Wedding Chapel in Logan, Ohio. They had a small, intimate wedding surrounded by their closest family. It poured all day, but stopped just in time for their ceremony. It was a perfect day! When I arrived to their cabin before the ceremony, they were so calm while getting ready. I love big weddings, but it was such a nice change to walk into a relaxing environment with just a couple people
One of my favorite moments of their day is that after the ceremony, Amanda and Josh took the time to hug and thank each family member that came. It was really sweet to be able to photograph. Because Amanda and Josh had an intimate wedding, we had a lot more time for their portraits than what we usually do. Josh and Amanda were down for any prompt or pose I threw at them! We ran around in the rain, slipped in the mud a couple times, and even had some Mary Poppins moments with the umbrella.
Amanda and Josh are one of the sweetest couples I've ever met! I loved being able to witness the start of their marriage. They truly love each other and you can see that in their photos. They were laughing and messing around with each other all day and that's what a wedding should be about! I'm so happy I was able to photograph their big day.
