At the beginning of this year, I started a blog series for vendors that I’ve worked with and would recommend to couples who are getting married. Because of the busy wedding season, I had to put the series on the back burner, but now I am ready to share more vendors with you! December’s recommended vendor is Jenn from JCM Events.
I actually knew Jenn in high school, so it’s been really fun to work with her and see her business grow! When I asked Jenn how she got started in wedding planning she said, “I have wanted to be a wedding planner for as long as I can remember. When I was little, I watched “The Wedding Planner” and I have been obsessed ever since! I started helping plan and coordinate weddings for friends and family members. After planning and coordinating my very own wedding this past April, I decided to jump in with both feet and start my very own planning business!”
Jenn said her favorite part of being a wedding planner is meeting the brides, seeing their vision, and helping make it come true. I worked with Jenn on a wedding at Kinsale Golf Course a couple months ago. I loved working with her! It was awesome working with Jenn on the timeline and working together on the day of to make sure our couple was happy and that everything ran smoothly.
